PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase recognizable vocabulary and improve accuracy of recognition.SOLUTION: A voice response system (100) comprises an information processing device (1) comprising a voice recognition unit (22), and a voice recognition server (2) comprising a voice recognition unit (61). Recognition processing of voice acquired by the information processing device (1) is performed by the voice recognition unit (22), and also performed by the voice recognition unit (61). The information processing device (1) has a sleep function which does not transmit the acquired voice to the voice recognition server (2).
