The present invention relates to an expansible mouthpiece for a disposable beverage container, comprising an annular base (2) with a peripheral flange that can be attached to an opening in the beverage container, a retractable body that can be expanded from the base, and a mouthpiece closing disk (5) on the end of the retractable body away from the base (2), closing the retractable body completely, the disk (5) being detachably linked to the body of the mouthpiece. The invention further relates to a disposable beverage container comprising this mouthpiece (1), to the method for producing the mouthpiece by thermoplastic injection-moulding and to the method for mounting the mouthpiece between the edge of the opening and the lid of the container.
