<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge pebble-containing rice proportionate to a rice-polishing amount in a pebble removing device. <P>SOLUTION: In a coin-operated rice polishing machine 1, brown rice charged into a charging port hopper 12 is supplied to a polished rice tank 19 through a brown rice conveying device 13, the pebble removing device 15, a lift 14, and a rice polishing device 17, and these equipments are controlled by a control device 11 within a driving time appropriate to a charge inserted into a charge insertion slit 11b. The pebble removing device 15 carries out selection by gravity concentration for collecting pebble contained in the brown rice mainly to an upper part of the selection plate 52 while moving the brown rice to a lower part of the inclined selection plate 52, and carries out discharge operation during the pebble-containing rice discharging time set by the control device 11 to discharge the pebble-containing rice in which the pebble and the brown rice are mixed from the upper part of the selection plate 52. Conveyance operation of the remaining rice is carried out at the last of the selection to convey the rice remaining on the selection plate 52, through the lift 14, ultimately to the rice polishing device 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
