The invention relates to a washing machine comprising a tub (10) including a shell (20) being delimited by a wall (25), the shell being molded as a single piece of polymeric material; the shell (20) includes at least an insert (30) connected to the wall (25), the insert (30) being realized in a material having a thermal conductivity lower than the thermal conductivity of the material forming the shell (20) in order to locally insulate the shell where the insert is located.
