<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite-proofing underfloor insulation structure and termite-proofing method, which allows termite prevention chemicals to be easily and reliably supplied to a boundary portion even in an underfloor space difficult to enter. <P>SOLUTION: A termite-proofing underfloor insulation structure includes an underfloor part surrounded by a footing 100 of a building and provided with a slab concrete 120, and an insulation part 130 arranged at the underfloor part. A chemical distribution component 135 made of fibrous material for a termite prevention chemicals to percolate is arranged within a first clearance which is formed by separation of a footing-side insulation 131 from a boundary part 141 and extends along the inside surface of the footing 100, such that the inside of a second clearance which is formed by separation of a slab-side insulation 132 from the boundary part 141 and extends along the top face of the slab concrete 120 is blocked. The first clearance is larger than the thickness of the slab-side insulator 132. The second clearance is larger than the thickness of the footing-side insulator 131.
