<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize a process for refining molten steel by more appropriately utilizing information on the oxygen concentration, etc., in a waste gas in a vacuum refining process. <P>SOLUTION: At an arbitrary point of time (ti), the waste gas flow rate (Vi) is metered, and the oxygen mass concentration (Oi) in the waste gas which has passed through the waste gas flow rate meter at the arbitrary point of time (ti) is adopted as the oxygen mass concentration analysis value at the point of time (ti+Δti) resulting from the addition of the time (Δti) required when the waste gas having passed through the waste gas flow rate meter at the point of time (ti) reaches the oxygen gas mass concentration analyzer. This makes it possible to improve the calculation accuracy of the oxygen mass concentration in the waste gas at the point of time (ti) at which the waste gas flow rate (Vi) is metered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
