The present invention relates to a thermal shock and a vibration damping block-100A comprising a spring embedded cushioning body (10), a sound and heat insulation material (20), an uneven hypocaust unit lower plate (30), a shock absorbing ring (40), and an uneven hypocaust unit upper plate (50). The thermal shock and vibration damping block-100A is manufactured by comprising the steps of: manufacturing the spring embedded cushioning body (10) by attaching a cover plate (13) to a top of a cup (11) after injecting a spring (12) into the cup (11); manufacturing the sound and heat insulation material (20) having a plurality of spring embedded cushioning body insertion through-holes (a); manufacturing the uneven hypocaust unit lower plate (30) wherein a plurality of hot water pipe protective posts (31) protrudes upwards from a top of a rectangular plate part having a predetermined thickness; manufacturing the uneven hypocaust unit upper plate (50) wherein a plurality of insertion posts (51) is formed downwards on a bottom of a rectangular plate part; and manufacturing the shock absorbing ring (40) having a predetermined thickness, and an outer and an inner diameter. |
