<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus having structure in which breakage of a joystick or the like is suitably prevented without obstructing miniaturization of the endoscope apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus includes: a bendable long-length insertion tube having an imaging mechanism at a distal end; an operation part having a bending mechanism to which an operation member for bending the insertion tube is connected and a first joystick 21 connected to the bending mechanism; and a housing in which the operation part is housed and to which the insertion tube is connected. The first joystick 21 includes a shaft 71 whose proximal end side is connected to the bending mechanism and a knob core 72 frictionally locked to the distal end side of the shaft, and when an impact of a prescribed value or greater acts on the knob core, the knob core is relatively moved to the proximal end side of the shaft, and the contact part between the shaft and the knob core is plastically deformed according to the relative movement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
