<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atrial fibrillation decision apparatus that decides the presence of atrial fibrillation based on a signal whose RR interval is measurable, such as a pulse wave signal and a waveform signal of an electrocardiogram, even when the signal includes influence by body motion noise. <P>SOLUTION: The atrial fibrillation decision apparatus includes: an acquisition unit that acquires a detected waveform signal indicating a detection result of the electrocardiogram or pulse waves; an RR interval calculation unit 112 that calculates a parameter corresponding to the RR interval with respect to each frame on the basis of a spectrum of each frame obtained through frequency analysis of the detected waveform signal acquired, and calculates the RR waveform signal indicating the temporal change of the parameter; a power calculation unit 113 that calculates the temporal change of power in a band where the frequency of the RR waveform signal is preliminarily determined; and a decision unit 114 that decides whether the calculated power satisfies a specific condition, and outputs information on the basis of the detection result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
