<p>A method for protecting edges of furniture boards comprising a chip inner layer with adhered outer layers, wherein an edge cover is bonded with the furniture board by means of a glue. The glue comprises an addition of a fluorescent substance, wherein, by means of an image analyzer, the image of the edge of the board illuminated by an UV lamp is processed and glue outflows and disappearances along the board edge are detected, wherein the boards with glue outflows or disappearances of the glue line are classified as improperly protected boards.</p> |
