A blank form (1, Fig.1) for a mailing document comprises a paper substrate having a first border area (8, Fig.1) and a second border area (7, Fig.1); and adhesive (4, Fig.1) located in one or both of the first and second border areas (7, 8, Fig.1) so positioned that when the form (1, Fig.1) is folded the first border area (8, Fig.1) contacts and bonds to the second border area (7, Fig.1). The form (1, Fig.1) further comprises a releasable panel 2 via perforations 9. The blank form (1, Fig.2) may also include cohesive (4, Fig.2) located in each of the first and second border areas (7, 8, Fig.2) and a barrier layer (3, Fig.2) interposed between the paper substrate and the cohesive (4, Fig.2). The form (1, Fig.1) may further include cohesive (4, Fig.2) of a contrasting colour to the paper substrate and holes (20, Fig.5) located in the border area (7, 8, Fig.5) so that the contrasting colour is visible in the holes (20, Fig.5) when the form (1, Fig.1) is sealed. |
