<p>The present invention relates to vegetable cereals and a method for manufacturing the same. The vegetable cereals are manufactured by the steps of: obtaining vegetable pieces by cutting vegetables into a uniform size; naturally drying the vegetable pieces for 10-15 hours including 4-9 hours for drying the vegetable pieces with sunlight; and drying the naturally dried vegetable pieces with hot air. The color and the shape unique to vegetables can be recovered by a simple process. When the vegetable cereal is used, rice, including the vegetable cereals having flavor and texture in harmony with white rice, can be cooked. People, regardless of age and gender, can eat the vegetable cereals without hesitation. The vegetable cereals are excellent in nutritional, functional, and dieting aspects.</p> |
