<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device facilitating connection, and capable of obtaining the certain contact of an external conductor of a coaxial cable. <P>SOLUTION: A filter device 1 comprises a substrate 2, a filter circuit 2 and a cable guide 41. The substrate 2 is formed with a notch portion 210 and has a pair of conductor patterns 212 and 213 formed on both sides across the notch portion 210, and a wiring pattern 211 formed so as to connect an internal conductor 910 and the filter circuit 3, on a back surface 2b of the substrate 2. The cable guide 41 has a recessed portion 41a storing an external conductor 911 and soldered to the external conductor 911, and fixing portions 41b and 41c formed so as to oppose to each other across the recessed portion 41a, and respectively fixed to the conductor patterns 212 and 213. When the pair of conductor patterns 212 and 213 and the pair of fixing portions 41b and 41c are contacted with each other, the recessed portion 41a of the cable guide 41 depressed from a surface 2a to a back surface 2b side of the substrate 2, and fitted with the notch portion 210. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
