<p>The present invention relates to a technology of forming a buckle structure for increasing light extraction efficiency when extracting light generated from a light emitting layer of a flexible organic electroluminescent device to the outside of the device. The present invention allows a buckle structure to be spontaneously formed in a heat-shrinkable shape using a difference in thermal expansion coefficients of an EL layer and a cathode layer by cooling a metal cathode after performing a thermal deposition process in the process of manufacturing FOLED having a PEDOT:PSS anode on a flexible substrate thereof. The buckle structure as described above is capable of enhancing outcoupling efficiency of an FOLED device.</p> |
