<p>The present invention relates to a cloth diaper cover which is woven with a water-repellent layer made of napping and a ground layer for supporting the water-repellent layer and is produced through: a weaving step of weaving a polypropylene fiber having a terry structure; a napping processing step of performing napping processing on a member produced from the weaving step; and a napping finishing step of washing or barrel-rolling the member produced from the napping processing step. The water-repellent layer has a lotus effect, so a member having excellent air permeability and water repellence is provided.</p> |
