FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy. A lining 3 consisting of refractory brick masonry and upper working layer 1 is mounted in a metal casing 2; then, the lining is annealed. A mesh electrode 5 is installed on the brick masonry and used as an anode, and a sprayed mass being an electrolyte is applied onto it. Sealing of the sprayed mass is performed by means of an electrode 4 used as a cathode.
