The present invention provides a inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition for treating diabetes comprising a first gas and an atomized drug and a preparation method thereof. The first gas contains hydrogen. In the inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition, the volume concentration of hydrogen is 2 to 96%. An atomized drug is selected from a group consisting of metformin hydrochloride, glibenclamide, glucobay, rosiglitazone maleate, insulin, and a random combination thereof. The inhalation-type pharmaceutical composition eliminates harmful radical in a patient′s body through an usage of hydrogen, and may increase absorption by using the atomized pharmaceutical composition. At the same time, a side effect may be indirectly decreased due to using a small amount of evaporated pharmaceutical fluid. |
