The present invention relates to a remote controller which uses both an infrared ray and a Bluetooth communication. More specifically, the remote controller comprises: an audio terminal plug which receives an audio signal in a pulse code modulation (PCM) method, capable of controlling a digital device, from an audio terminal of a mobile communication terminal; a wireless signal reception unit which receives a PCM wireless signal, capable of controlling the digital device, from a wireless signal output unit of the mobile communication terminal; a control code generation unit which generates a control code corresponding to the digital device by analyzing the received audio signal or the received wireless signal; and a signal transmission unit which transmits a wireless signal in order to control the digital device by transmitting the generated control code using the infrared ray or the Bluetooth.
