<p>A method of accessing a service or purchasing a product available from a merchant, the method comprising: establishing a communication link between a user terminal and said merchant via the Internet; downloading a software application to the terminal from the server via the Internet link; and running the software application at the terminal to initiate, using a premium rate telephone number, a communication between the user terminal and the merchant, whereby the user can be authorised to access the service or purchase the product.</p> |
