FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preparing and cleaning of polymer material. Lumpy and unfused polymer in intake tanks (1) is displaced and heated by at least one mixer and/or grinder (12, 21). To remove unwanted impurities that interfere with preparation or further processing of material, purging medium is fed into zone under material working area in said tank (1) or under mix whirlwind inside said tank (1). Said purging medium is forced through at least the portion of material. Then, enriched or impregnated purging medium above the level of material in intake tank (1) or above the level of mix whirlwind is discharged from said tank (1). Purging medium is forced in said tank by means of at least one feeder (50) inside tube (70) arranged on one sidewall (2) of tank (1).EFFECT: efficient removal of unwanted impurities.18 cl, 4 dwg |
