The present invention relates to an integrated sludge discharging apparatus for a settling reservoir, which enables sludge of a settling reservoir transported by a scraper covered on the top of the existing concrete hopper to smoothly drain to the outside, and which comprises: a metal hopper (100) in a rectangular funnel form with the front and rear sides and the left and right sides sloped to the inside; a pressure water spraying unit (200) installed with a pipe on the outside of the metal hopper and exposing a nozzle to the inside of the hopper for spraying pressure water; and a sludge drain unit (300) installed on the lower part of the metal hopper for discharging sludge to the drainage pipe, wherein the pressure water spraying unit and the sludge drain unit can facilitate construction, maintenance, and repair thereof by being connected with the existing pressure water supply pipe and the drainage pipe using a flexible connection pipe.
