A clipping blade testing apparatus is disclosed. The disclosed clipping blade testing apparatus includes a testing part and an operation part to control the testing part. The testing part includes: a clipping part wherein a clipping blade is mounted to be detached; a support part to support the clipping part to selectively fixate and rotate the clipping part; a driving part installed on the support part to provide a driving force for driving the clipping blade; and a tray filled with an abrasion material wherein the clipping blade is buried.
