The slab comprises a combined slab panel, including a steel beam, a concrete slab and a concrete vertical wall arranged between the concrete slab and the steel beam, and from a composite beam comprising a concrete vertical wall, a double tee beam, fixed to the lower part of the concrete vertical wall.
