A wave power generating apparatus is disclosed. The wave power generating apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a floating body capable of floating on the sea; a motion converting part including at least one centering shaft, which extends by a certain length in a depth direction from a coupler arranged on the opening part of the floating body, and including a second connection shaft arranged to intersect with the first connection shaft of the coupler so as to convert the shaking motion of the floating body into a rotating motion; and a power generating part including a first power generator connected to the first connection shaft and a second power generator connected to the second connection shaft to generate electricity by the rotating force of the first and second connection shafts.
