PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation shield panel capable of easily adjusting the shield property of a radiation ray, and a fence using the same. ! SOLUTION: A panel 1 comprises: a shield plate 2 formed by overlapping a metal plate 21 on at least one of plate surfaces of a synthetic resin plate 22 including materials for shielding a radiation ray; and a frame body 3 attached to an edge part of the shield plate 2 and forming a side end. Thereby, according to the required shield property of the radiation ray, the proper shield plate 2 is formed and attached to the frame body 3 for being used as the panel 1, and the panel 1 is used as a fence. !
