[Problem] To provide a flow channel plate which is capable of having a fluid flow in a flow channel and achieving a sufficient electrochemical reaction by applying a voltage to an electrode that is provided on the flow channel. [Solution] A flow channel plate (1) wherein a first base (10) and a second base (20) are bonded with each other so that a recessed portion (11) provided in the first base (10) forms a flow channel (5). At least a part of the portion of the second base (20) corresponding to the flow channel (5) is provided with an electrode (30) which has a recessed and projected pattern for accelerating the fluid flowing through the flow channel (5) to become a turbulent flow, and the second base (20) is provided with an electrode extraction part (40) that is electrically connected to the electrode (30). |
