PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in an installation area of a substrate and to decrease crosstalk between electrodes.SOLUTION: An optical device 1 includes: a light modulation element 4 that outputs radiation light R1 and radiation light R2; a light-receiving element 51 that converts the radiation light R1 into an electric signal E1; a light-receiving element 52 that converts the radiation light R2 into an electric signal E2; a substrate 70 having a plurality of faces; an electrode 812 disposed on the substrate 70 and connected to the light-receiving element 51; and an electrode 821 disposed on the substrate 70 and connected to the light-receiving element 52. A fourth portion 812d of the electrode 812 is disposed on a side face 70f that is different from an upper face 70a where the electrode 821 is disposed. |
