MOBILE PHONE SAFETY DISTANCE MECHANISM

To provide a mobile safety distance mechanism (20), for keeping a distance in- between the user ear and the phone, consisting of: An electromagnetic switch (22); rack gear (23); 2nd gear; rotatable shaft; two-brackets (26). The (ES) (22) is connected to the rack gear (23), engaged to the 2nd gear that is installed around the rotatable shaft which is extending out of the phone sides to two rotatable brackets (26) that are kept in parallel with the device sides. Once the (ES) (22) is actuated, it pulls back to inside it the rack gear (23), which rotates the 2nd gear (24) to rotate the shaft (25), to rotate both brackets (26) to move toward the vertical configuration, wherein once the user puts the phone near to his ear, the brackets (26) become in touch with his head around his ear, keeping a space in- between his ear and the phone.
