<p>The purpose of the present invention is to generate a head without installing a dam to generate power. To achieve the purpose, the present invention uses a check difference of upstream and downstream of a river or a stream as a water level difference. A specific point of the upstream and the specific point of the downstream are connected by a water pipe. Water introduced to an inlet positioned in water of the specific point of the upstream of the river flows through the water pipe to be discharged to an outlet of the downstream and enables the head connected to the outlet to be operated and enables a power generator to be operated to generate power.</p> |
