<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connecting structure capable of maintaining certainty of a connection between a coaxial cable and a circuit board.SOLUTION: A cable packaging structure 10 connected to a connection electrode of a substrate includes: at least one coaxial cable 1; and a stationary part 6 which is formed from an encapsulation resin and covers one end of the coaxial cable 1. The coaxial cable 1 within the stationary part 6 includes: an exposure part 11 in which an inner insulation layer 3 formed around a core wire 2, a shield wire 4 formed around the inner insulation layer 3 and an outer insulation layer 5 formed around the shield wire 4 are removed so as to expose at least a part of a peripheral surface of the core wire 2 and to make at least a part of the shield wire 4 remain; and a cover part 12 in which the inner insulation layer 3, the shield wire 4 and the outer insulation layer 5 remain around the core wire 2. A connection surface 9 opposing the substrate of the stationary part 5 is made planar and on the connection surface 9, end faces of the core wire 2 and the shield wire 4 are exposed.</p> |
