A method for billing community members comprising: receiving a first bill from a first provider, wherein the first bill is associated with a first community debt of a community, further wherein the community comprises a one or more community members; separating the first bill into a plurality of first bill portions; transmitting each of the first bill portions to the one or more community members associated with each of the first bill portions, in community member invoices; and handling a hand off between said one or more community members and a landlord by: keeping utilities in the name of a third party when said one or more community members ends a lease period with said landlord, and said third party manages a one or more bills (including said first bill) for said one or more community members.
