R1 is H, halo, or lower alkyl; R2 is lower alkyl or lower hydroxyalkyl; R3 is H or lower alkyl; A is monocyclic or bicyclic heteroaryl or phenyl, optionally substituted with one or more A′; and
each A′ is independently lower alkyl, halo, lower alkyl sulfonyl, lower alkyl amide, amido, lower hydroxyalkyl, lower alkoxy, amino lower alkyl, or deuterium; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
