wherein the composition comprises: (a) a cationic surfactant system; (b) a high melting point fatty compound; (c) aqueous carrier; (d) an antidandruff agent selected from metal pyrithiones; and wherein the method comprises the steps of: (1) mixing the cationic surfactant system, high melting point fatty compound and aqueous carrier to form an emulsion; (2) adding the antidandruff agent to the emulsion having a temperature of from about 40° C. to about 66° C. |
