摘要 An apparatus for capturing superimposed distance and intensity images comprises a distance image measuring arrangement (1) and an intensity image measuring arrangement (2) which are provided with a distance radiation source (4), an intensity radiation source (11), a distance detection unit (7) and an intensity detection unit (14). Distance measurement radiation (?D) from the distance radiation source (4) as well as intensity measurement radiation (?I) from the intensity radiation source (11) are incident on an area of a surface (8) of a test object (9) via a jointly used radiation deflection unit (16). The optical components of the distance image measuring arrangement (1) and of the intensity image measuring arrangement (2) are mounted on a support structure (3) in such a way as to be in a fixed spatial relationship towards each other. Distance images and intensity images are thus superimposed in an optically positionally accurate manner and make it possible to produce high-quality real-time images.
