An organic electroluminescent display panel and display device, belonging to the technical field of organic electroluminescent displays and being capable of solving the problem of the resolution of existing display panels being low. The organic electroluminescent display panel comprises a substrate (1) and a plurality of subpixel cells (100) having the same shape and formed on the substrate (1), each one of the subpixel cells (100) comprising six subpixel elements (101) of the same color, the vertex of the geometric shape of each subpixel element (101) being at the center of the subpixel cell (100) in which the subpixel element (101) is located; said subpixel cells (100) having three colors, the colors of any two adjacent subpixel cells (100) being different; a line connecting the centers of three adjacent subpixel cells (100) constituting an equilateral triangle, one pixel cell being the three subpixel elements (101) defined by the equilateral triangle. Since the area of each subpixel element (101) is 1/6 the area of each subpixel cell (100), the resolution of the organic electroluminescent display panel is substantially increased to six times the original resolution. |
