The invention relates to a floating residential vessel consisting of a residential construction with a structural design dimensioned so as to correspond to the measurements required for a mooring point of a harbour or marina with accesses thereto from the jetties or side extensions, said vessel comprising: a pontoon (2) as a platform for supporting the rest of the elements; a frame (3) formed by profiles produced by pultrusion of glass fibre and vinyl ester resins, which is built over the pontoon (2) and provides the construction with rigidity; an outer enclosure formed by a lower deck (5), peripheral cladding (6) which is attached to the window frames (4), and an upper cover (7); an inner enclosure formed by partitions (8) which line the inside and determine the distribution of the space; and at least one entrance cover (9) forming the access to the housing from the jetty.
