PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized leakage-prevention sanitary product of a hydrolyzable natural material with a ring-shaped adhesive tape combined with a sanitary napkin, that prevents the occurrence of a gap created between a sanitary napkin and a body, the gap causing the leakage of menstrual blood, and to provide a small-sized sanitary product and a sanitary product set in which foreign matter feeling, discomfort, and friction in wearing are reduced.SOLUTION: A small-sized sanitary product of the present invention comprises: an absorber 10 including a hydrolyzable natural material; a ring-shaped adhesive tape 5 adhered onto the bottom face of the absorber 10; and a release paper 6 covering the adhesive tape. The adhesive tape 5 has an adhesive part on the external surface of a ring-shaped part and has a bottom face side covered by the release paper 6.
