PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that can suppress a variation in potential and the occurrence of black points in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor having a support, a first intermediate layer on the support, a second intermediate layer on the first intermediate layer, and a photosensitive layer on the second intermediate layer, where the first intermediate layer contains metal oxide particles having a number average primary particle diameter of 30 to 450 nm; and the second intermediate layer contains a polymer of an electron transport material having a polymerizable functional group represented by the following formula (1) or (2) and having a molecular weight of 100 to 1000, and a composition including a crosslinking agent having three to six groups reacting with the polymerizable functional group represented by the following formula (1) or (2) and having a molecular weight of 200 to 1300. |
