Disclosed is a method for producing a new three-dimensional video from a two-dimensional video by using a node-based work pipeline for producing a stereoscopic image. The method for producing a new three-dimensional video from a two-dimensional video according to an aspect of the present invention, which can be implemented on a computer, comprises the steps of: generating nodes where each work sequence needed for producing a three-dimensional video is defined in a node-connected work area provided via a graphic user interface (GUI); generating a work pipeline defining connection relationships among the generated nodes; providing a user interface working on user defined data to be used in a random node of the work pipeline to generate user defined data based on a user input inputted via the user interface; and outputting three-dimensional video from the work pipeline and a two-dimensional video inputted by using the user defined data.
