<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element having a high light emission efficiency by reducing the influence of surface plasmon.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device comprises: a light-emitting element 19 including a transparent electrode 13, a reflective electrode 11, and an organic layer 12 sandwiched between the transparent electrode 13 and the reflective electrode 11, and having a light-emitting layer; a transparent laminate 18 including a low-refraction index layer 16 and a high-refraction index layer 17, and provided on the light-emitting element 19 so that the high-refraction index layer 17 adjoins the transparent electrode 13; a first uneven structure 50 provided at an interface of the low-refraction index layer 16 and the high-refraction index layer 17; and a second uneven structure 20 provided at an interface of the reflective electrode 11 and the organic layer 12. The height of a convex portion of the first uneven structure 50 with respect to a concave portion thereof is 400 nm or more, and the height of a convex portion of the second uneven structure 20 with respect to a concave portion thereof is 20-100 nm.</p> |
