PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine cellulose fiber composite capable of providing a resin composition which has less aggregates and excellent transparency when blended with a plasticizer, and has excellent transparency and mechanical strength when blended with a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin; and a fine cellulose fiber composite dispersion and a resin composition which contain the composite body.SOLUTION: There is provided a fine cellulose fiber composite obtained by coupling amine having an ethylene oxide/propylene oxide (EO/PO) copolymer part to a carboxy group of a fine cellulose fiber having a carboxy group content of 0.1 mmol/g or more as a salt. A molecular weight of the EO/PO copolymer part is 700-10,000. A PO content in the EO/PO copolymer part is 1-70 mol%. |
