PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall improved in construction workability and design with a simple composition. ! SOLUTION: A partition wall 1 comprises: a core material panel 10; a first resin sheet 21; and a second resin sheet 22. The core material panel 10 has: a first design surface 11; a second design surface 12; and side surfaces 141 and 145. The first resin sheet 21 is stuck by spreading out so as to at least cover between the whole surface of the first design surface 11 of the core material panel 10 and a part of a pair of lateral side surfaces 141. The second resin sheet 22 is stuck by spreading out so as to at least cover between the whole surface of the second design surface 12 of the core material panel 10 and a part of the pair of lateral side surfaces 141.
