A solar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a semiconductor substrate; first and second conductivity type regions which are formed in or on the semiconductor substrate and have different conductivity types from each other; a first electrode connected to the first conductivity type region; and a second electrode connected to the second conductivity type region. At least one of the first electrode and second electrodes includes a first part and a second part which are formed on the different layers respectively.
