The present invention relates to a low temperature refrigerator system using a water spraying and defrosting device capable of maintaining temperature deviation within a normal temperature of 0.5 degrees centigrade in a defrosting process by installing the water spraying and defrosting apparatus and minimizing the loss of quality due to heat by preventing heat generated in a storage material stored in the low temperature refrigerator in the restart of a compressor by minimizing the heat generated in an evaporator in the defrosting process by including the compressor which compresses refrigerant gases with high temperature and pressure, a condenser which condenses the refrigerants compressed in the compressor into the liquefied refrigerant by the radiant heat by the natural wind of a cooling fan, an expansion valve which expands the refrigerants into mixed refrigerants of a low temperature and high pressure after the refrigerants pass through a filter which removes foreign materials from the liquefied refrigerant, a solenoid valve used in a pump down state and a side glass which observes the flow of the refrigerants, a water spraying and defrosting evaporator unit which evaporates the refrigerants inputted from the expansion valve into the vapor of the low temperature by exchanging heat with an external heat source and includes a spraying device, a receiver which cools the air by a blower by exchanging the heat using the evaporation latent heat of the refrigerants by passing the refrigerants through the water spraying and defrosting evaporator unit and supplies the air to the compressor, and an automatic control unit which controls the water spraying and defrosting evaporator unit.
