<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate noise and useless power consumption by eliminating an unnecessary opening/closing operation of a throw-in gate 12a of a supply hopper 12 which supplies an object 20 to be measured to a measuring hopper 13, in a combination balance. <P>SOLUTION: A measured object sensor 7 is provided for detecting objects 20 to be measured in conveyance terminal ends 6a of linear feeder pans 6 for discharging the objects 20 to be measured to supply hoppers 12. A control device 9 is configured to control opening/closing operations of throw-in gates 12a of the supply hoppers 12 on the basis of detection output of the measured object sensor 7. If there is no object 20 to be measured in the conveyance terminal end 6a of the linear feeder pan 6 or under an empty state where the supply hopper 12 holds no object 20 to be measured, in the timing to supply the object 20 to be measured from the supply hopper 12 to the measuring hopper 13, the opening/closing of the throw-in gate 12a of the supply hopper 12 is prohibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
