A color filter array of a color imaging element 26 is formed by repeatedly arranging in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction a basic array pattern P1 in which RGB filters 23R, 23G and 23B are arrayed according to an array pattern corresponding to 6 × 6 pixels. The basic array pattern P1 is formed by a first 1A array 27a, a second A array 27b, a first B array 28a and a second B array 28b including array patterns corresponding to 3 × 3 pixels. G filters 23G are arranged in outer peripheral portions of the first and second A arrays 27a and 27b, and are arranged in center portions of the first and second B arrays 28a and 28b. RB filters 23R and 23B are arranged in each of the arrays 27a, 27b, 28a and 28b such that one or more of each of the RB filters 23R and 23B are arranged on each line in the horizontal and vertical directions of a color filter array in the basic array pattern P1. |
