The present invention relates to a hydrogen peroxide refining system using a reverse osmosis method and hydrogen peroxide manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, a hydrogen peroxide refining system using a reverse osmosis method comprises: a reverse osmosis membrane for removing organic carbon and cations contained in raw material hydrogen peroxide; a treatment resin for removing a sodium ion in the raw material hydrogen peroxide passing through the reverse osmosis membrane; a pretreatment resin installed on the front of the reverse osmosis membrane for removing and pretreating organic carbon contained in the raw material hydrogen peroxide; and a pretreatment filter for collecting a resin leaked from the pretreatment resin, wherein the pretreatment resin and the pretreatment filter are equipped on a pretreatment line. According to the present invention, the system is capable of extending durability of a high-priced membrane by pretreating raw material hydrogen peroxide through a pretreatment resin and a pretreatment filter, refining with a quality of hydrogen peroxide at an electronic grading level for uses such as semiconductor/LCD or the like through a simple structure, thus being economical, and expanding an applied field of hydrogen peroxide refining equipment by applying reverse osmosis equipment for refining seawater, which is not applied in the existing equipment.
