摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distributing apparatus to improve responsiveness to an auxiliary transmission shift and a clutch pressing force of a friction clutch. <P>SOLUTION: The driving force distributing apparatus includes a rotation driving member 81 coaxially disposed relatively rotatably between a shift cam 37 and a friction clutch driving cam 60, and a ratchet lever 87 mounted in an orthogonal direction to a rotating direction of the rotation driving member 81 and shifting between a position synchronizing to the shift cam and a position synchronizing to the friction clutch driving cam 60. When the shift cam 37 is in a high-speed stage and driven rotatively in one side from a set position, the friction clutch 41 pressing a force is adjusted.
