An integral inverter according to an embodiment of the present invention, as the integral inverter used for a solar cell module including a solar cell panel, includes: a terminal connected to the solar cell panel; an inverter member including a DC/AC inverter electrically connected to the terminal; a circuit substrate on which the terminal and the inverter member are located; and a case accommodating the circuit substrate. Grounding is realized by the case.
