<p>A micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) magnetic field sensor package according to an embodiment comprises: a package body; a magnetic field sensor disposed on the top of the package body, and including a sensor structure in which a displacement is generated by magnetic field; a conductive line formed on the package body, and generating magnetic field for displacing the sensor structure by having current to be measured flow; and a magnetic body formed around the conductive line located under the magnetic field sensor, and transmitting the magnetic field generated through the conductive line to the sensor structure of the magnetic field sensor.</p> |
